1.1 By hiring Trenity Consulting Services, or “Trenity,” you, the client, agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Trenity retains the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any moment. Any modifications will take effect soon after they are posted on our website or other communication channels. It is your obligation to keep these terms up to date.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Trenity Consulting Services specialises in immigration consulting services such as visa application support, immigration consultation, and other similar services.
2.2 We will deliver services in a professional and timely manner while following to all applicable UAE rules and regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 You must give Trenity with accurate and complete information in order for us to perform the services properly. Failure to do so may result in immigration delays or negative outcomes.
3.2 You are responsible for meeting all legal and financial requirements involved with your immigration process, such as application fees, government fees, and any other charges linked with your case.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Trenity will supply you with a price schedule outlining the costs associated with our services. These fees are subject to change, which will be disclosed to you in advance.
4.2 Payment terms and methods will be specified in Trenity’s service agreement or invoice. You agree to make payments in line with the conditions of this agreement.
4.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in the provision of services being delayed or the engagement being terminated.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Trenity Consulting Services will keep all client information secret to the extent authorised by law. Except as required by law, we will not release your personal information or case details without your explicit agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Trenity will make every attempt to give accurate and up-to-date information, but the outcome of any immigration application or process cannot be guaranteed.
6.2 Trenity is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of errors or delays in the immigration procedure, changes in government policies, or other causes beyond our control.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the engagement by giving the other party written notice.
7.2 Trenity has the right to cancel the engagement if the client violates these Terms and Conditions if we determine that continued representation is not in the best interests of the client. In such instances, any payments paid to Trenity may be forfeited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern and are construed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Any issues originating from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
9. Communication and Updates
9.1 Trenity will keep you updated on the status of your case as well as any changes in immigration laws or policies that may have an impact on your application.
9.2 You are responsible for providing Trenity with any needed documentation or information as soon as possible in order for your immigration application to be processed.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 Trenity is not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural catastrophes, government acts, or other unanticipated events.
11. Severability
11.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect.
