Job description
We seek a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Trenity Immigration Consultants, a leading immigration consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, managing a team of consultants.
Activities include:
- Working with confidential and/or sensitive documents on immigration programs, client analysis, immigration options, closing contracts, process monitoring, and case reporting updates.
- The high volume of outbound calls, multi-tasking, and multi-priority management of client case processing.
- Reporting, communications, and strict adherence to client agreements.
- Meeting expectations, deadlines, and financial targets.
Key duties
- Ensure that the branch’s monthly revenue targets in all business segments are met through direct
supervision of the staff - Develop and implement sales plans while conducting regular sales meetings.
- Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information to guide the marketing
team in achieving the overall branch target. - Achieve sales targets for the team and ensure that all team members uphold the company’s image in the
best possible way. - Promote an environment of empowerment, respect, and trust while holding team members accountable
for their actions. - Continuously explore new prospects, opportunities, and job types to grow the business.
- Handle client objections by emphasizing service agreements and negotiating effectively to reach
positive outcomes. - Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and anticipating staffing requirements to meet operational needs
- Conduct business development meetings, maintain professional relationships with customers, and build a
favorable company image. - Present to and consult with management on business trends to develop new services, products, and
distribution channels. - Establish selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply-demand factors.
- Ensure all leads generated through e-marketing are contacted by the counseling staff.
Collections :
- Ensure timely collection of pending dues (retainer, installment, and old dues) through the branch staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with the collection operation process and forward all important documents
related to collections to the Head Office within the stipulated TAT. - Ensure collection targets are met through walk-ins, e-marketing, and referrals
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflows and revenue targets are met.
- Verify the accuracy of client information and legal documentation
- Resolve customer complaints, refunds, and grievances promptly at the branch level, ensuring satisfaction
and strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups. - Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Training, Team Development and Onboarding
- Lead, train, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.Create a positive work environment by hiring the right talent and encouraging teamwork.
- Regularly conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
- Provide comprehensive training to new joiners, dedicating the first half of the day entirely to training.
- Assign new joiners to make calls in the afternoon to apply their training practically.
- Pair each new joiner with an existing staff member as a buddy for guidance and support.
- Ensure new joiners attend client counseling sessions with their buddy to learn and master the counseling
pitch effectively. - For any new joiners, the Branch Manager must record the SIM card number and laptop specifications
before handing them over. - Ensure all required details are accurately filled in on the CRM sheet for the new joiners.
- When a staff member is leaving, ensure a proper handover is conducted, including retrieving the SIM card
and laptop. - Confirm that the departing staff member fills out all necessary Exit Forms before their departure
- Regularly conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
