We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager – backend operations – Immigration Industry I to lead and manage the backend processing team within the immigration industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in immigration documentation, case management, process compliance, and team leadership. The role requires ensuring smooth backend operations, maintaining quality standards, achieving turnaround timelines, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and international partners.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling multiple immigration programs and managing end-to-end processing for various destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end backend operations for immigration and visa processing.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the backend processing team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of documentation, applications, and submissions.
- Review immigration documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with destination country requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, documentation, and client service teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Liaise with international partners and stakeholders for smooth case processing.
- Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Track team performance, productivity, accuracy levels, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide performance feedback to team members.
- Identify operational challenges, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when required.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend operations in the immigration industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading a backend processing team.
- Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with multiple immigration programs including PR, work permits, student visas, and visitor visas.
- Strong understanding of immigration workflows, application procedures, and documentation standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple countries and immigration programs will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
