Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update call records.
- Maintain daily call reports and ensure accurate customer data management.
- Update customer details and interactions in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales calling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Good follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Mohali or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Experience in lead generation, sales calls, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
