Federal Skilled Worker Program
In order to be eligible, the applicant must:
- Win 67 out of 100 points grid
- Enjoy at least one-year full time work experience in Nominated Occupation (NOC OAB)
- Achieve a minimum level of CLB in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- The minimum qualification required for this program is the Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. This will depend on the Occupation requirement as mentioned in the National Occupation Classification
Federal Skilled Trades Program
- Have proof of two years of work experience/or equivalent part-time work experience
- Have received a full-time job offer valid for at least one year
- Secured at least a CLB5 for listening and speaking and CLB 4 for reading and writing.
- Willing to live outside Quebec province
- With this program, there is no minimum educational qualifications requirement


Canadian Experience Class
- Here’s how the applicant can be eligible for this program.
- At least one year of full time skilled work experience (equivalent or part-time) in Canada within the past 3 years. Self employment and work experience gained while being a student doesn’t not count towards this.
- Must meet the language criteria levels in terms of speaking, listening, reading and writing
- Must plan to live outside Quebec
